Project Management: Managing the entire construction process, from the initial concept phase to the final delivery of the vessel. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing the construction timeline and budget, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the build.

Technical Consultation: Providing technical expertise and advice on various aspects of the vessel, such as propulsion systems, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and safety features. This may involve recommending the best needs and ensuring that they are integrated seamlessly into the yacht’s design.

Quality Assurance & Inspections: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks during the construction process to ensure that the vessel meets the highest quality standards. This may involve verifying that materials and workmanship meet specifications, identifying and addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Testing & Commissioning: Overseeing the testing and commissioning of the yacht’s systems and equipment to ensure that everything is functioning properly before delivery. This will involve conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), HAT (Harbor Acceptance Tests), and SAT (Sea Trials) performance testing, and safety inspections to validate the vessel's readiness for operation and acceptance.

Warranty Support: Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance services after the vessel has been delivered to the client. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating repairs, and upgrades with the shipyard, ensuring that the yacht remains in optimal condition throughout its lifecycle.

Pre-Refit Assessment: Conducting a thorough assessment of the yard and the vessel to identify the scope of work required for the refit. This may include evaluating the condition of the vessel, identifying necessary repairs or upgrades, and developing a comprehensive refit plan.

Technical Expertise: Providing guidance on the selection of equipment, materials, and systems for the refit. Ensuring the correct components are chosen to meet the vessel’s requirements and comply with industry standards.

Project Management: Assisting in project managing the refit process, coordinating activities between different sub-contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Post-Job Evaluation: Conducting a thorough evaluation of the work to ensure that the desired results are achieved. Assessing the finish quality, durability, and overall performance of the coatings used, providing valuable feedback for future maintenance and touch-up work.

Managing and overseeing major refits, repairs, class surveys, and upgrades to the yacht system, equipment, and interior spaces.
